Rehearsal on April 12th, 2012 at 6:00pm and the Confirmation on April 13th,
2012.

- This is the schedule for our Confirmation Retreat on February 4th, 2012.
The second Confirmation Retreat will be on March 17th, 2012.
- Confirmation Retreat Lesson Plan (February 4th, 2012)
- This is the Confirmation Retreat Lesson Plan that will be used for the
morning session on February 4th, 2012. A revised Lesson Plan will be published
for the second Confirmation Retreat scheduled for March 17th, 2012.

- This document lists the date and chapter to be covered during the year 2011-2012 in the CCD Confirmation Class.
- Catechism Questions for Confirmandi
- Contains 240 questions from the 7th Grade Faith & Life Series student text
book. 100 questions from this list will be selected for the Confirmandi Catechism
Examination. The student must get 75% correct to pass the test. Remedial
sessions will be required until a passing grade is achieved.
- Patron Saint and Research Report
- Please use this sheet to provide the name of the selected Patron Saint
for your Confirmation (due December 11th, 2011).
- Confirmation Saint Report Guidelines
- Outlines the requirements and guidelines for the required research report
on a saint, preferably on the selected Patron Saint. The purpose of the report
on a saint is to help the candidates for Confirmation to form a deeper friendship
with at least one of the saints in heaven.
- Godparent/Sponsor Information
- Form to be completed by the Sponsor (due December
11th, 2011).
- Certificate to Serve as a Godparent or Sponsor
- Form to be signed by the Sponsor. If the Sponsor is not a parishoner at
St. John Bosco Catholic Church then then the pastor from their home parish
will also need to sign the form. (due December 11th, 2011).
- Practical Suggestions for Godparents and Sponsors
- From the Church's Guidelines for the RCIA Process.
- Record of Service Hours
- Use the bottom of this sheet to keep track of the number of Service Project
hours worked. Each canndidate needs to serve a minimum of 20 hours of active
work in the service of others (due February 5th, 2012).
- Interview Worksheet
- Use this worksheet to record the results of the Confirmandi interview with
Father Ettner (to be scheduled in the Spring 2012). The completed worksheet
needs to be returned to Mr. Clifford not later than two weeks prior to the
scheduled Confirmation date.
- The Ten Commandments
- Three pages of information about the Ten Commandments and how they apply
to you. Also includes "Ten Ways to Teach The Ten Commandments" for parents
to work with the candidates.
- Quizzes, Handouts, and Unit Tests
- All quizzes, handouts, and unit tests for 8th Grade CCD in PDF format for
downloading and/or printing.
